LITTLE WRECKING CREW

Little Wrecking Crew! 😊

 ➤ Who: Open to all kids from 1-5 years old.

 ➤ What: Child development class with a focus on motor skill development, socialization, and baseball/softball skills. 

 ➤ When: Beginning Monday May 8th, 

10:30-11:15am. Reoccurring every Monday.

 ➤ Where: Wrecking Yard Baseball/Softball Facility 

1947 Del Amo Blvd, unit A, Torrance CA 90501

 ➤ Why: Great opportunity to help develop your child’s motor skills, socialization skills, attention and focus, build confidence and self-esteem, hand-eye coordination, learn about teamwork, all while having fun learning the fundamentals of baseball/softball!

How: This will be a parent/child class, each child will attend the class with their parent, nanny, or guardian. This brings the child a level of comfortability and familiarity while being exposed to new experiences. This gives the adult a chance to bond with the child in a fun way in a new environment. This also ensures each child will have the one-on-one attention they need to ensure their safety during the class.

P.S. snacks will be provided at the end of class (Let us know if your kid has allergies.) 😊

Leidy Ospina

Ms. Ospina boasts a bachelor’s degree in English, with a specialization in Education. She also has a master’s degree in English with an emphasis on autonomous learning. 

Ms. Ospina has over 4 years’ experience working with children from the ages of 6 months to 7 years old. She has worked in daycare, as a nanny, and currently works as an English/Spanish teacher at an Elementary School. She is very passionate about working with kids and finds great fulfillment in doing so.

Ms. Ospina boasts a bachelor’s degree in English, with a specialization in Education. She also has a master’s degree in English with an emphasis on autonomous learning.

Will Kiger

Mr. Kiger currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Wrecking Yard Baseball/Softball. He is responsible for handling all business operations and communications. 

Mr. Kiger has two associates degrees in Business Administration, along with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. 

Mr. Kiger is a lifelong baseball player, coach, and fan. He has coached 11u & 12u travel teams, at the high school level, and now all ages while here at Wrecking Yard. Mr. Kiger finds massive fulfillment working with kids and getting to teach the game that has brought him so much.
