Nate has been a big part of baseball in the South Bay and one of Mason Morioka’s proteges since a young age. Nate played for the South Bay Surf from the ages of 9-13, on top of doing individual lessons with Morioka. After the age of 13, Nate left the Surf with Morioka to play on his first ever Wrecking Crew team.

Nate has been under Wrecking Yard owner and head coach Mason Morioka for the last 9 years. He attended Torrance High School where he led his team to the CIF Division 2 finals. He was awarded First Team All League and Second Team All Area his senior year. He is currently a catcher at El Camino College with a goal of playing Division 1 College Baseball.

Nate currently offers catching and hitting lessons. Every client that works with Nate absolutely loves him as he has a very friendly, positive, extraverted demeanor. Nate has a special talent for being able to connect with clients of all ages and get results very quickly.
